    Smoko400 said it can be done at any level so i think its possible but i personally think its just easiest to mod ur xp to 40 or go to a fateweaver if u r 40 then search for the skill points and ability points

    u cant edit the arrows in the bow too in inf( type in 42c80000 then how many u have (ex:42c800000000000A) (0A)=10) more then 1 post more when i find the offsets at

    It's definitely better if you go to a fateweaver first, and then edit your points/abilities. That way you really know for sure how much you need and how much you have...Besides, if you don't there's a very good chance that your save will look weird and then you will end up having to reverse the numbers...also be careful of save editing before you are level 40, since in the ability screen you need to use up the EXACT points or else you won't be able to finish that confirmation screen..

    This tutorial gave me enough points to max out every skill and ability to all levels with none left over and it gave me 12 million HP. That's all I need.
