[Edit]
Was recommending a program, but it turned out to be a pretty bad one that doesn't work.
I never had much luck tbh. with recovering RAR passwords. You might be out of luck here.
Never found a good program for password recovering passwords, so there wont be any help there.
Though is it a archive you made or something you downloaded? If it is a downloaded archive you should be able to find the password by copying and pasting the file name into google and hope for the best, otherwise just run through all of your known passwords.
Sorry I cant be off much help other than that
WinRAR uses 128bit AES encryption - you won't be decompressing without the proper password (key)
"If you can get 30 seconds of fun, you can pretty much stretch that out to be an entire game. So you can have all the great graphics, all the different characters,
and lots of different weapons with amazing effects but if you don't nail that 30 seconds, you're not going to have a great game." ~Jamie Griesemer (Halo 2 Design Lead)
You can always Bruteforce it. How fast it will find the password i don't know. It varies. Good Luck.

If a device existed that could brute-force a 56-bit encryption key in one second, it would take that device 149.7 trillion years to brute-force a 128-bit encryption key.

here you go, let this sucker have its way with your gpu for a while, make sure you set it to use the target parameters (it can really shave time off) if you can even remember the slightest bit of information about the password you can shave off so much time.
Failing this book some time on amazons cloud system and have their tesla gpus hammer the shit out of it. GPUs are for more than graphics these days.
