Superb work Genesis. How I wish I had xbox 360 version of the FFXIII-2 Just to have some fun with this awesome editor. But I have ps3 version :/.
Here are some codes which can be added to the editor in the future, basically you need to only increase value by one 1 on hex editor. Since it's completely random some items when you increase by 1. It goes above 1 million. Others only 1000+. Before using it you have to manually put the item that you want at the right place too and save or it won't work.

MONSTER MATERIALS:

5532E:: 1st Row, Right Side
5533F:: 2nd Row Left Side
55386:: 4th Row Left Side
5535A:: 3rd Row Left Side
55375:: 3rd Row Right Side

COMPONENTS:

4DAC7:: 1ST Row, Left Side
4DAD1:: 1ST Row, Right Side
4DAE2:: 2ND Row, Left Side
4DAFD:: 2ND Row, Right Side

Items (Makes the save bugged if you try to use it on elixir, phoenix blood, unicorn horn) Says "Unknown item" next to it.
4A27D:: 1st Row, Left Side
4A28E:: 1st row, Right Side
4A29F:: 2nd Row, Left Side

For casino tickets (Need to put your casino ticket there, this can be used to get tons of gil).
54F17:: 1st Row, Left Side

Hope this post will help you or anyone that wasn't aware of these offsets and wants to manually edit with Hex editor.

So I imagine this will break again when they release the new DLC tomorrow. It looks like at least Sazh will be able to be obtained. No idea on new items.

It won't change the ending to the main storyline, as its a side quest like Vincent Side Quest in FFVII
