    For me there is no splash screen, all that happens after I double click the .exe, is the little loading icon the mouse does, then it stops and then nothing.

    Open it as administrator

    do as sethnova said install the latest version .net framework and if you have that installed and its still not working, what Operating System are you using, im using Windows 7 64 bit and it worked just fine

    add the editor to your firewall exceptions
