Thanks Cybersam, great editor. Sidenote, I can not seem to find instructions, and my game says the file was corrupted while editing...maybe I missed a step

Scratch my post. I need to redownload horizon. Somehow it got bugged and it corrupts everything that it can not modify, but I used Modio to extract and inject and it was a peach. Also used a different stick. yep, so if you are reading this and can't make it work, try using a different explorer
