A good set up can destroy everything, though turrets, Geth Pyro's and Banshee's are the few things that will destroy you if your not careful. But just stick with Human Vanguard, Max Nova, Charge and power damage increase and your set.
Only small suggestion if you ever try this, stick with Geth, as they don't have anything that can OHK you if your close, it is still possible against other enemies, but they are easiest for Gold

Actually doing a Story Vanguard on Insane (NG+) and i'm cruising through everything with very little trouble

I'm almost done with the human vanguard. He's at level 16 now. Will def try it.

the question to be banned or not depends on the conscience of each one. so far I have not heard rumors about anyone being banned in three mass effect, I doubt a little disso.afinal is a flaw of the game.
