Fantastic tool but took me a while to get my head around things. For those having problems (Noobs like me) this is what I did to get the editor to work.
I copied my actual save file into a new folder onto my desktop.
Then opened 360Rev.
From there I clicked on Tools on the left and then clicked on Package manager which opens up the Resigner.
From the Resigner I opened my save from my new folder and clicked on the contents tab.
If you right click over the file it gives you the option to extract. I did this but extracted it to my desktop ( This keeps the extracted file away from the main Save file ! ).
I then opened up the mod tool and from there opened the extracted desktop file. People getting the Magic error are basically opening the original file which is why it's important to be aware of where both files are.
Once my file was opened I checked the 2 boxes and maxed everything up. Then hit save where I got a message saying modded successful or something on those lines.
Then I went back into 360Rev which I had left open and right clicked on the file name again.
This time though I clicked on the inject option and selected my desktop modded file. Clicked on OK and then just hit the Rehash/Resign button.
Now where a lot of peeps are going wrong is that they are putting the extracted desktop file back onto their 360's in place of their original Game save. Remember that the actual now modded save is the one you put in the separate folder location.
So anyway I then transferred the correct file back into it's rightful place on my 360 HD, making sure I overwrote the existing file and Bingo it worked like a charm.
I also made a backup of my original file just in case of accidents before starting the above procedure. I know a backup is made by the program but better safe than sorry eh !
Anyway hope this may help any other Noobers like me get this to work for them.
