chocoflo: Make sure you open the extracted ups.dat from the CON file.
Use Horizon to open the ups.dat CON File. Then extract the ups.dat from it.

When I try to load ups.dat in save editor, software give me an error?.

I have dvd patched with nude mod.

Where is the problem?.

I tried to buy suit, but when I try to drees one, game say me: Suit isn't in your inventary.

1. Put your Save on Computer.
2. Open the Save in Horizon and extract the ups.dat from the CON.
3. Open the extracted file with my editor.

I did the steps above but stopped at step 4
how can i replace the save in the CON with the modded one ???
Im using a flash stick
im sorry I do not have much experience using Horizon

Simply open the CON with Horizon go to Contents tab, choose ups.dat, open the context menu and replace with the modded one.

The next version is ready to load.
It has a better GUI and I improves the Collections and Inventories Tab.
The Generally Tab coming later with some other things.

I tested all things and I think i've fixed all bugs. But please report all bugs.

The CON is the full game save, the STFS are the extract files from within a save
