Godfather 1 SE (Complete Version)

The Save Editor is not working in my computers. I have 2:

PC1 with Windows 7 64-bit SP1 Home Premium
PC2 with Windows XP 32-bit SP3 Professional

For both, everything is updated (including: .NET framework, runtimes, drivers, OS, etc...) and I don't think is relevant, but both are in Spanish.

Anyway, the program behaves the same for both:

The program starts, everything is OK. I click on "Load" to open the extracted save ("The Godfather") from the container ("The Godfather"). But 1 second later after it loads the save, I have the exact same window with the error as preacher23.

After that, if I hit "Continue" to ignore the error, and after modding the save (I only care about the respect in the game), if I click on "Save" the program shows me another error, but now that the save can't be saved, because it is being used by another application (but the program saves anyway...).

So, as the savefile is being saved, if I inject it back to the container, and launch the game, the game shows me that "the save file seems corrupted, and cannot be used"...

Oh well, thanks anyway.

P.S.: Do you know the offset for the "Respect" in the game?

never heard of that but use the one in my AIO dont have to extract anything, just load whole save

By the way, I kept trying with your editor, but this time, instead of using my original "2008-something" savefile with everything completed, I used a new savefile, started from scratch. And for this one, your program doesn't shows errors... but after the save is modded and injected back to the container, R&R, and back to the console, the game still doesn't load the save "because it seems to be corrupted and cannot be used"... :P

you must be doin something wrong r u adding ur ids or what cause the tool does work
