Can you use headset with xbox 360 system link cod black op??

i read its possible to use one on the xlink kai site (supported games) http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=games.

But i Dont Know how....

As far as i seen when i was testing some CoD games on there a while back, It doesn't support voice chat functions. That is restricted to the online features only. Correct me if i'm wrong.

i know with Borderlands it works but i have no ideal with black ops
