i know i can't sell it already jtagged on ebay but i was wondering if i can sell it off ebay already jtagged can i get in any trouble selling an xbox that is already jtagged?

ArrayYou can leave it jtag'd and sell it fine as long as there's no software on it. remove the patched dash and load up the original vulnerable dash on it then it would be up to the person buying it to load it up again.
