I'm just going to release a modded start save with everyone at max stats...an editor for this game is not needed... as the only things you can really edit is the SP, Money and Casino chips. So the modded start saves would be better.

Out of curiosity, when would you be able to make and release a modded save?

I have the same problem as DGenerateKane reports. Karin and Atsuma have infinite SP, but Raigar does not.

And even though you said you can't be bothered with Yuki since you hate her, is it possible that you provide this trainer with her inclusion?
