I wish there was a working Devil May Cry 4 save editor

so far ive tried two different dmc4 editors and neither of them work. not trying to sound ungrateful here but neither of them worked at all. all i want is tons of holy water for my birthday. :P

i figured out what was wrong, he got the categories mixed up. i did a little test by settings all the values to 1 and when i loaded up my game i had 1 holy water. so now i just need to figured out which category is actually the one for holy water. so, no offense, but to whoever said this editor works flawlessly is sadly mistaken. it works, just not flawlessly, still better than nothing nonetheless. :)

sure if you maxed out everything it would seem to be in perfect working order. when i only try to edit the value in the holy water field, nothing happens, trust me.

Ya that happens sometimes because usually when someone makes an Editor for a game that person might not own the game and is going off the info posted for a few saves people supply. So obviously whoever supplied the info for the saves must have gotten the items mixed up. And since the person making the Editor doesn't own the game they have to go off the word of the supplier.

turns out the fields were just mixed up. devil stars - large is actually the field for holy water and the field for holy water is actually the field for proud souls. red souls field is correct. not sure about the rest of them because all i mod are red souls and holy water, i just happened to notice that the value in the holy water field whenever i open my save file is the same as the amount of proud souls i have. also, when you mod your red souls, dont go past seven digits or else the counter will overlap and youll end up with the game's equivalent of 0 souls even if you see a number. i usually give myself 9990000 to give myself a 10000 soul window to not overlap the counter.
