According to ioritree , you can change the Health lock value as the following:

#Health lock(lock HP,you must cure HP to you want value first)
2 4114223C 4479E000

I tested it, won't die from curing health or being attacked by monsters.

try to put xppdll.xex to Usb:\
and editor lauuch.ini

[Plugins]
plugin1 = Usb:\xppdll.xex

(close your 360 and open it again when editor lauuch.ini)

It works, finally got it, I did as I put the xpdd digiste in the usb and now if it works, thank you very much.
