Horizon's Devil May Cry 3 Tool

Hey, if you guys havn't already, you should check out the Devil May Cry 3 mod tool by Horizon. With it, you can mod inventory, money, levels, and rankings. You can finally beat every mission and unlock those elusive costumes with it. But I have a question, why is it that Horizon always comes out with the seemingly un-moddable tools for games like Dead Rising 2 and Devil May Cry 3 when nobody else can? I really wanna see a Dead Rising 2 mod tool now, and not one you have to pay for. Everytime I ask or look around for one it's always the same thing, Horizon, Horizon. Surely, somebody has been able to make one right? I mean, Horizon did it, why can't someobody else? A free one that mods more than 10 million at a time

Because they have a few people that know PPC and C++ extremely well. This allows them to open the xex in ida and locate the functions for loading/saving the game. Once they find it they can convert it to C++ and from there they know exactly how the file is processed and can create a tool for it. Many people, like me, just look at the save and try to figure out what is what. That method works sometimes, but not all the time.

very simple they have unkown and I think godz cheater helps too...that's enough, besides unkown can pretty much reverse anything

Granted it won't be the same but, one nonetheless.
