hello I want to reset my ipod touch to play games like legend of the cryptids and rage of bahamut cause I want to start over.

What I meant was some games even u perform a system restore or unstall. When download again u still in the same game play u can't start over. Game like farm story legend of the cryptids

Some games store your save online which will make it impossible to restart using your current log-in info.

Those game save the device id. I want to know if I can change my device Id to Start over

I am not sure you can or not, but if you can it will require rooting of your device.

in the case of games like legend of the cryptides where u sign into a username and saves are stored serverside you would need to change your device udid in order to start over this is illegal in case of the iphone but im not sure about the ipod touch it also voids any warranty youd have as the only known way to do this is to replace the baseband chip and also 1-2 other chips i think theyre the nor but dont recall atm the process is usually only done for the phones to downgrade your baseband to an unlockable version but since all the chips are id locked to eachother they muct all be replaced to change your udid its woujld be much easyer to simply trade ipods with a friend or sell it and buy a new one lol


Edit: accually i just proved myself wrong there is an app in cydia if your jailbroken u can fake a udid for specific apps to have multiple accounts so if u can jailbreak your ipod u can use the app udidFAKER to acheive your goal of starting over and still have access to your main acct
