6. Open your profile.bin into any AIO and Rehash/Resign

Could someone help me with this instruction? I don't get it. ._.

Open your save back into Horizon and click the orange button that says Save, Rehash and Resign

No DLC unlocked, still promoting me to redeem a code. All I wanted out of this was the Avatar items. lol

You must have either one of the Pre Order DLC's or Radnet. If you don't have either of those the unlock all DLC will not work. (Also this doesn't unlock the avatar dlc, just all the pre orders)

Oh I know it wasn't going to unlock the avatar awards. I was just hoping it would unlock Radnet so I could in turn unlock them as its the only legit way of getting the avatar awards as this company went under. Bummer but thanks anyways.
