To me the save unlock 7 extra costumes,
Big time, Negative zone, Future foundation, Classic black suit, Scarlet 2012, New Black suit, Cross species and default (no belt) and the time zone feature (day, night...)
just rehash/resighn with Concept and add it with Horizon.

I don't know if it's a new save but it works fine, i am offline because of RGH and i havent fix or change the date/time.

Game has all suits you can unlock (that's why its 100% or part of why it is) I'm making a new save right in the beginning where you will have all suits, max level and be able to upgrade everything, but like someone said on the second page to get all the suits you must be offline and change your date on your console.
