start after TIR
Everything is maxed
Inf.health = on
1 hit kill = on
No skills ,key items or combocards unlocked.
Money = 999.999.999
The Inf.health will work for retail consoles BUT do not eat/drink anything or it will reset.
One hit kill works only for those with red health bar.
