xbox 360 jtag web browser...

hi guys, i have a quistion... why is there no web browser for a jtag system?? it seems to me that every jtag owner loves to have a browser on his xbox, i know i do...
but if i knew how to develop with PPC without needing a dev kit, then i surly made one.
is it even possible??

360haven is a smart and good comunity, we have a lot of excelent coders, we all need to work together.if no one even cares, then push me to the right direction so that i can make one i my free time.i love to play and learn everything about developing with xdk.only with jtag system, i dont own a Devkit.
