A very simple save that i created. it starts off when you landed in steelport, all upgrades are purchased, all weapons are upgraded except for the baseball bat (to progress the story), alot of money (10million+) the wraith and x-2 motorcycle are unlocked and all weapons unlocked. dont forget to access crib items to select to your preferance and equip the bat, upgrade it, then switch it back. btw this is my first save so enjoy! dont forget to rehash and resign!
