I've almost made it through the game without an editor. Its pretty cool, but I might end up loading up the editor for a top difficulty run through. Nice work man.

I found that once I add all items, I can not craft any items. It says "Missing Resources" even though I have 1000000 of them! The game is getting confused. There is an achievement for crafting an item and I can't do it :( Also having the quest items before the quest is messing with the game - there is a Paragon/Renegade achievement that I may not be able to get because I already have the quest item. I may have to manually hex edit the file and reverse the edits, get the achievements, and then add them back in using the editor.
Thank you very much.
I have to try it.
Even you can't take the clim hability....because you have 250 picture in your inventory then you can't take one more in the mansion...and the orb hability will be locked and your right if we select the option "Add all items" we will get all items...and we will complete many quests too easy and fast but others quest will be buged or locked like the clim ability...

Is there any way to mod the quantity of the health items? I tried searching for the values in the hex editor but I could not find anything. I did find what I thought was the value of the health item i wanted to mod. So I changed it to 255, loaded up the save and one of the materials was 255 and not the health item I was trying to mod.

No, I haven't been able to figure out where the health items are stored, but you can mod the money, and just buy a whole heap of food at the shop! Once I have more health items in my inventory, I may be able to figure out the offsets.
I did manage to guess the offset for the keys (0x1AD but I think it is dynamic and moves around) and I now have max keys.

Ah, I haven't got far enough into the game to get any new abilities, thanks for the heads up. I'll have to avoid using the "all items" function of the editor then.
I also noticed that I had a quest item already, which prevented me from actually getting a new location on the world map.

I found the location of the Blue mushroom, Hot Cocoa, and Doenjang Jjigae(bowl of food). I changed each of these to 255(FF in hex).
Blue Mushroom-FA=250
Hot Cocoa-BA=186
Doenjang Jjigae(bowl of food)-FF=255
I believe the other items are in this area with these values I found.
I tried to make the image as clear as possible. I'm not sure how with gadwin printscreen
