Arrayjust saw this b/c I just tried to get horizon and see what its all about(I'm slow I know) and got an error. So knowing I'm not the only one helps XD.

Arrayi had the same problem just uninstall the sp1 and it work :D
1.Click the Start button , and then, in the search box, type Command Prompt.
2.In the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3.Type the following: wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:976932
4.Press the Enter key.
and a reboot with occur and the app should work now :D
