Darksiders 2 weapon modding

ok, i know how to mod the damage using hex wkshp for a posessed weapon. my question is....has it changedor something? becuz i modded 1 weapon when i started the game when it came out. but now, i cant find the - 01 04 01- anywhere. on any weapon. whats up with that?
