How to use:
1) Extract "435907D1.gpd" from the Xbox360 Profile.
2) Open "435907D1.gpd" in this program.
3) Edit the file and then save it.
4) Replace "435907D1.gpd" in the Xbox360 Profile.
5) Rehash and Resign the Xbox360 Profile.

Sorry about that, it should be fixed now. Re-download and try it on an original GPD (not modded) and it should be fine.

its still comeing up with the error message only editing godmode.if you want me to upload the gpd let me no thanks

i keep getting a error when trying to open mine its untouched btw Value cannot be null parameter name: bytes

Make sure you finish tutorial and have gotten to first checkpoint and save, it seems to work better before editing. Even if it gives you errors, it still saves and works. Also when you first start playing(after modding), and it seems not to work when you continue from last save. Just quit and goto chapter select and and pick the chapter you were on and then it works great with unlimited ammo and god mode. Make sure it looks like the pic below:
