LV1 saves with max $$$ and Skill would be EPIC! Will likely wait for playthrough 2 to use these as I want to level up normally, just with better gear. Great share nonetheless!

so is it possible to mod skill cooldown and duration through save files? 0 cooldown + infinite duration would be insanely cool.
