Unreal Tournament 3 Third Person button and Graphic mods for Jtag/rgh or iso mod because the default.xex is untouched.
Use the dpad up button to change in third person or first person and there is also some small tweaks tweaks in the graphics like the blur, bloom etc, enjoy.
Copy the file in \UTGame\Config\Xenon\Cooked\
