Not sure if it's because i have a downloaded copy through games with gold but as soon as i reach the hounds pub pitt and use the editor it seems to cause the game to crash even when the values are lowered to 999.

I have downloaded the editor extracted it as well as my save(dishonored0) when loading the editor I get an error something .NET and when I load my save and put ammount of coins in I get a decompression error

If you check back a few pages in this thread you will see that the editor is not working due to the last title update. Posting your save with the amount of coins, runes etc will help the problem to be fixed.

MarcoDayz just go back a couple of pages to see that the latest title update was the reason the save editor isn't working properly. Also was stated by 13Dannyboy13 above you.
