    Still can't get the decompressing to work. Tried to follow the steps in here but still a no go.

    Hi,

    I've the same problem here. My decompressed file is around 1MB and it seems that your file has a problem with the amount
    of the decomp. blocks. I get also an out of bound exception. Here the exception (Its on german, hope it helps anyway):

    Thanks for the editor got it to work.

    The problem is, like someone said earlier was if you have already modded the save, you can't use the editor. You will get an out of bounds error or something else, so you have to start fresh. And by fresh I mean after the first mission where you are back in the "ant farm" Once I started a fresh save and decompressed it, it worked like a charm. But if you want to mod your soldiers, you will have to wait it out and get them promoted so the game assigns them a "nickname" other wise you won't be able to edit your characters. Because if you mod your game and then try to mod your soldiers, you will get the out of bounds errors since you maxed out your resources.

    Hi,

    well I havn't modded my save at all. It's a fresh extraxt from my original save with no mod. In this save from me
    are like 20h of gametime in it an I wanted to try the tool. I vant modded this save before. It's just a little bit big?
    So still need some help on it please. I dont want to start from the scratch o.O
