Is it possible to just be able to mod the Damage of the weapon of choice in Bl2? And if it is could you show me how to by a video of explain in a way? Please and thank you.

not yet ,,the damage is capped by the weapon level (you can only raise it a little bit) ..unless you make the weapon a higher level
