Im sure you have S for the new difficulty. This Tool mod inside each location but this is not right the save have an empty slot for the new difficulty my Tool skip all of this for each Character.

cant seem to get the training skill to work, doesnt show up in the menu , can anyone describe how to get that to work?? lol

You should get it in the first skill slot (in the left side of the skills screen)

I just came here for the skill points. Although thats cheating and makes me feel bad, but auto S-Ranking all Campaign lvls and Mercenary lvls? I'd rather fight for those, because at least there's still something to earn. Anyway, it's all good and how much better can this get really?

It is one of the "weapons" of Jake. It is for combating with your hands, similar to melee.
