Halo 4 Offline Armory Editor

Gonna make a request, and I'm probably gonna get called a leech.
But anyways, is it possible to make it so that the specializations are there but locked?
For Example i'm level 70 with Wetwork and Operator done, but I don't have the other 6; could you make it so they were available for choosing?

It's probably possible, since setting them to FFFFFFFF unlocks and completes them all, they are probably set the same way the Armor is (Bit-masks). I'll have to do some testing, but can't promise anything...

Got it to work Offline but cant get it to stick online. Any suggestions?

Same here mate. Works offline. Changed everything so it saved. Then I clicked online and bam reset my GPD to what I had previously. Only the emblem I created stuck. The armour and weapons didn't stick. :(

Same here. I can't figure it out. I tried playing a match and re-editing it but that doesn't work, i'm trying to think another way.

Ok, I tried this program on the 21st and it wouldnt work on 2 of my profiles that i played halo 4 on. So I decided to test it on my old account that i never played halo 4 on. I put a 2 day gold pass on it started up halo,played 1 match and got to level 3. I modded it using this editor and saved it in both the profile editor and horizon. I then moved my profile onto my Main HDD and started up halo 4 (all Offline). At the title screen I signed in and I had all of the commendations at 100% and all armors and stances and emblems unlocked. So my guess is that maybe just maybe that it works for accounts new to Halo 4?

So you signed in offline first and then went online or you didn't go online at all? Cause we're having trouble getting to stick online.

Yea i was offline at the title screen then i signed into xbox live. Lucky Maybe?
