Halo 4 Offline Armory Editor

all armor,stances, aqnd loadouts are unlocked. the only thing I noticed is it unlocks 295 pieces of armor instead of 318.

Reporting back, i figured out something the unlock all and commendations work and stick online if you don't mess with the specialization unlock. However if you've messed with the specialization unlock i don't know how to fix that when you go back to mod it.

Ive tried making it stick 3 times but still no luck. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, honestly. Ive followed the steps as to try and make it stick by signing online after you're at the Title Screen, and nothing has worked. Only offline works. Any tips?

i cant get it to stick online. it works offline, but when i sign into live it just reverts me back to my old unlocks. If i had made changes in the offline mode such as colors and emblems it sticks though. even emblems i didnt have
