does anybody have the dlc that came with the goty version? it has to be for stock consoles.

These are probably the game of the year disc versions, which I believe require a specific Title Update to run. Unfortunately, I cannot find a link to that. Perhaps some other kind soul will be able to provide that. Sorry about that.

Just match the media id with your version, or download them all, makes no difference.
i think you will be after the version that matches 66420EB4 as thats for a game of the year pal/ntsc version.
