Im willing to offer 1600 microsoft points to whoever can make a save with Everything in the game from newvegas and 3 all in a bunker that looks like a cool hideout NO strip stuff or other and Id like it to start with max everything exept 9 in one specialization ths is a legit offer Ill send the points in a essage on xbox and Id like the character to be Hispanic named El Diablo hardcore mode with moded weapon draw speed and throw and what not Dont make it immortal but really hard to kill with all the perks and skills

i only know a mod tool
but a save with F*CKING EVERYTHING IN THE GAME!?!?!?!?! THATS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well i dont know if it is though
and i dont understand the "newvegas and 3" part
