It's worked for me on every other game I've edited, and horizon won't install for me. It stops halfway through the installation and gives me a Lua error. I'm fairly certain that modio isn't the problem, as I'm only using it to get the GameData_00 file off of the flashdrive, and then to replace that file with the modded version.

A few pages back someone had the same problem, and as soon as he stopped using Modio his save worked perfectly... So yes, I'd say it is Modio's fault lol

Link is working fine for me... Try using a different internet browser (Opera, Chrome, etc.)
