Will this unlock any pre-order skins like the Gray Fox skin? Just curious because I want to give my buddy the Gray Fox skin since he couldn't pre-order it.

I was told the max stats for the regular sword is 4, why does this make it a 5? Does it make weapons stronger than they actually are?

No. That's a DLC content so to unlock it you need the DLC to use it unless the suit is already in the game then all you have to do is figure out the offset and the right ids to be able to unlock it
