basicly in profile.xml (mine was done without playing the multiplayer i checked the 100% save posted here andit added a load of index numbers for multiplayer) anything begining with "SP/PersistantStats/"either EFPS, EIPS, EMPS or ESIPS should be changeable and will affect achievements and in-game stats (anything between index 205 and index 958 or index 1006 to index 1759 if you play the multiplayer).
from index 19 to index 43 or index 818 to index 842 tells the game which upgrade kits you have picked up
the"Perk Active" from index 46 to index 98 or index 847 to 899 should tell the game which perks you have usable in campaign
anythink like PerkDistribution/BruteForce/MaximumTier tells the game if you have unlocked the max level for that perk in the campaign.
