Okay so I tried out the save. Everything is fine except for the three chao set to reincarnate upon entering the garden (Chacha, Dexus, and Kija).
I thought that I've raised their happiness levels high enough so they live but I guess not.

Can you increase their happiness levels to 100 (Or a suitable level so that they reincarnate instead of die). Appreciate it.

Sorry about that. I haven't had access to my Xbox today, so I sent it to you without testing it first (I just got my console back a couple hours ago). When I was finally able to test your save, I noticed the same thing: all three were dying instead of reincarnating. Turns out the value for happiness is a signed integer instead of unsigned (or at least it seems to be, I'll need to test it more). I always went about thinking it was unsigned, so that's where the mistake was made. I went ahead and treated it as a signed integer, and the problem was fixed. The three chao now reincarnate normally.

Just a friendly reminder, but certain races are unwinnable with the stats set as they are. For instance, at any point where your chao must fly, it will lift off and never come down (it will just fly in circles), and at any point when it must shake a tree for fruit, the fruit will never drop; running and swimming are fine.
