Edit: got done testing it out and yeah health and mana(which should be called ki :P lol) dont work, in game they go down like normal and the bars are the same size no difference but karma worked fine for me :)

Ya it's not "Infinite" health/Mana/Ki, it's more of just a way to refill it?

yeah like Idle said it just refills you health and ki back, at least i think i couldnt test that part since my health and ki on my save were already filled up
