I just tested it so far it's working great I maxed out level, skills and money also I edit how much health packs I have now I'm at 1mil Heath packs lol Not sure if there's a way to mod the damage on weapons or their condition yet maybe that's on hex not sure. But none the less great editor kill_Seth!!
