2. Le Fluffie or modio
3. Hex Workshop/ any hex editor

Tut:

1. open your save file with Le Fluffie and extract the content in original save file



2. open the content in hex editor and go to hex offset:0x1625 and change it to "FFFF"



3. run cmd then drag the EAresigner tool(space)-r(space)then drag the edited content



4. open le Fluffie then open original save file and inject the edited content



5.then open security tab and fix
