Borderlands 2 gibbed editor question

hey guys, thanks for reading this.

i have a question. i just got the new krieg dlc, and i want to start out right away in ultimate vault hunter mode. my guy is level 61 and i checked the option to show new playthrough in gibbed, and added playthroughs to 3. thing is, i'm playing the game right now, and even though all the enemies are level 61 as well, when i check my journal the difficulty still says normal.

can anyone tell me where the data is in gibbed so i can complete normal and true vault hunter modes?

I'm not sure but I'll check it out I haven't used it in a while so it may take some testing on my part
