This is a save for those who wanna play the game with half the upgrades already purchased and wanna play with mr toots who shoots rainbow beams out his ass. Every weapon unlocked that i know of and cheats are available to buy at the upgrade station. Enjoy and dont steal!!!! heres the link to the download.

how do you find the save file on the Hard drive, its not in the save game part of the hard drive, were do they store profiles to mod? i guess that is were the save file would go.
