I knew his level was affected too. I'm pretty sure I manually edited Dong Zhou as well, instead I edited him to level 0 rather than 98 like Cao Ren was. Are you sure its the same save I gave you? If so no problem, I may have not saved it after wards. Let me fix that for you.

Ok, I just tried it on xbox and it loaded perfectly without problem. played it for about 30 minutes on ambition mode, wanted to edit more characters to max stats and max capability but two characters have now got the error too? who knows why as I haven't done anything apart from play the game for a shot period of time. :(
