Does not work like it's suppose to. Skills don't seem to be affected past 20, that's for damn sure. Money is maxed out where it always is, at 999999. Anything higher and it just sets it back. And making skills past 1000 for characters is useless, puts them where they can only be, at 1000. Somewhat useful, just wished it worked like it was suppose to.

It does work like it's supposed to. Sly knows what the maxes are, he just put them to his max because it doesn't matter either way. Instead of him putting in the exact max values for everything, it's faster to just set them to an easier max value.

That is 100% correct.

Generally speaking, I did this in case anyone who has used a trainer prior to editing their save I've seen the max on a character hit 9999 so I didn't want the editor to throw up an error report and users complaining that the editor does not work. The game has a specific max value in which you can exceed that in the save itself but the game will read and only take in effect it's max, nothing past it.

I do hope that was more than enough helpful information from the both of us.

Ahh, understood. Although it would be nice to be able to do that to get all the fifth weapons easily, lol. Thanks for responding though. Great editor by the way, still useful, don't think I was saying otherwise, haha.

I didn't get the wrong idea, trust me. I find it useful as well considering I, not only made this for the public, I made it for myself as well. :)
I still have plans for a weapon editor, its just a matter of getting the code properly written and in a working function that works flawlessly on read and write.
