There’s a physics based platformer hoping to make its appearance on the Wii U if it reaches its Kickstarter goal. Developed by Last Limb Games, Organic Panic – where meat and cheese battle with fruit and vegetables to become the ultimate fusion of platformer and puzzler champion – is smack, bang in the middle of its crowdfunding campaign, and has successfully raised just under half of its intended goal. With ten days to go and $40,000 to raise for a launch on Wii U, as well as PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to name but a few, Last Limb Games needs your help.
The fruit and vegetable bonanza game also boasts an in-game level editor, which the team has used to design all the levels, as well as co-operative play and character progression through a comic-book story mode. The fruit and vegetables have individual characteristics relating to the elements: cherry can control Earth, the kiwi can use water, fire for the carrot, and the coconut controls gravity. While meat and cheese are concerned with one thing only: ultimate destruction to squish those nasty fruits and veggies! Make sure you check out their official Kickstarter page here, as well as the trailer above to get a feel for Organic Panic.
