thanks to the guy that said to use Horizon to extract, then use the PD2 mod to mod the file, then use horizon to inject and rehash/resign. That was the issue.

Worked for me too. Every time I just re-injected the file, my Xbox read it as corrupt. Rehashing/resigning with Horizon fixed it.
