Diablo 3 Save for Legendary Farming Version 1.0 (All Difficulty)

Thanks for the save. I just have one problem. Act IV is not available for the difficulty level I want. (i.e I inject the save for Nightmare but when I try to select a quest, only Act I is available.) Is there something I am doing wrong? Should use the Hell mode save to farm Nightmare level legendaries?
