So here is my save at the very first point you can have max money on all the characters.
I strongly recommend you play up to this point to prevent missing any of the gameplay.
Nothing too special, just modded money. Saw some people requesting this. Not sure if this could be called a starter save due to how long it takes to get all 3 characters.
The save is done by me, but credit to the retrobytes for their fast trainer.

Alright so I figured I would add my save as it is today. A few days back I ran around and got all 50 UFO parts. The characters all have 999m (or a little over) and all survived the endgame. i think it is somewhere like 80% complete, obviously still have work to do, but I am still posting in-case anyone wants to use it.
